Financial Modeling Specialist

This role will play a pivotal part in the development and refinement of portfolio-level financial models, ensuring timely delivery of debt and tax-equity investor reporting requirements. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to drive business growth and optimize asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and enhance portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Produce project-level budget to actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Analyze underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets leading to actionable recommendations that drive improved results.
  • Develop reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Work with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.
