Job Title:

Australian Payroll Analyst - Remote

This role is instrumental in delivering positive employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of statutory requirements for Australia and New Zealand
  • Conduct audits of payroll records
  • Familiarize yourself with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information
  • Support, advise, and assist with continual process improvement projects
Requirements:
  • 3 years experience in AUS payroll
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
  • Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
