Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned video professional to join our team as a senior editor specializing in reality-style and unscripted multi-cam content. This dynamic role involves collaborating with a group of experts to produce high-quality videos, with potential leadership responsibilities as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit multi-camera footage with separate sound tracks to create engaging and polished videos.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver multiple high-quality videos per week.
  • Mentor junior editors as needed, ensuring consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Create compelling narratives from unscripted footage, maintaining viewer engagement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency through trial edits, aligning with our creative vision.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in video editing, preferably with reality or unscripted multi-camera content.
  • Proficiency in popular video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging stories from raw footage.
  • Familiarity with audio post-production and sound syncing.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment; prior leadership experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with overlapping hours with a US-based team.
