Job Opportunity: Real Estate Video Editor

We are seeking an experienced video editor to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality real estate videos.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit real estate video presentations using Final Cut Pro, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.
  • Structure video narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Complete one full video within a shift; deliver a second video from that batch the next day. Ideally edit a high-quality real estate video within 4-5 hours, depending on complexity, with the expectation of two per day when needed.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources (drone and ground), ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately, especially for high-stakes listings or brand-driven content.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
