Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an analytical finance professional to lead and support financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate reporting. This role plays a crucial part in strategic planning, capital management, and process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for investments and acquisitions
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights

Lending Expertise:

  • Purposefully prepare detailed loan application packages with financial projections and ratios
  • Negotiate with banks and funding partners for loan agreements and compliance
  • Sustain investor pitches and other capital-raising initiatives

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Oversight of loan drawdowns, repayments, and covenant compliance
  • Produce regular financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Support cash flow planning, liquidity management, and risk assessment
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, government agencies, and investors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • A master's degree (Finance or Business Administration) is beneficial

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related function
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership position, driving financial performance and growth
  • Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision making

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management
  • Familiarity with tax laws, internal controls, and audit processes

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
  • Other finance-related certifications, such as CFA or CMA, are valuable
