Job Overview

This role is part of a leading provider of cloud contact center software team, prioritizing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment for employees.

The ideal candidate will be responsible, analytical, organized, and have excellent communication skills to work directly with global suppliers and employees at all levels. The focus is on procurement operations and contract administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support vendor contract review process including initial request review, coordination of procurement, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Manage procurement leadership SharePoint Excel files, savings trackers, and internal applications.
  • Internal and external calendar scheduling management supporting procurement leadership team and suppliers.
  • Facilitate vendor contract execution process including gathering of signatures via DocuSign, contract archiving, and database management.
  • Track and manage procurement contracts ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to identify discrepancies in contract terms.
  • Facilitate requisition to PO processing in Coupa procure to pay system for goods and services required.
  • Review and/or select suppliers for requisitions submitted.
  • Review and update purchase orders, change requests, contracts, and associated documents as required.
  • Assist with new supplier setup into finance systems as needed.
  • Run reports from Coupa PTP system to support month-end activities and ad hoc reporting as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting-related field preferred.
  • Procurement experience with indirect spend in fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications; experience with Coupa procure to pay system preferred.
  • General understanding of procurement contracts and experience working with legal team in contract review process desired.
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms.
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in using procurement management software and systems to monitor contract statuses and updates.
  • Able to be flexible and prioritize tasks under tight timelines.
  • Technically strong to work within various finance systems/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed and self-motivated team player able to work independently and cooperatively with global workforce and external parties.
