About the Role

You will build and launch mobile platforms for our clients, managing deployments, executing platform updates, and ensuring every build meets quality standards.

This role is key to delivering seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build client mobile platforms following best practices.
  • Execute branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.
  • Perform QA checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.
  • Log work and updates in internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Suggest improvements to internal workflows and tools.
Success Metrics

We measure success by:

  • SLA Compliance: 95% of builds completed on time.
  • Internal Ticket Resolution Time: 2 business days or less.
  • Deployment Volume: Meets monthly team benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with technical or SaaS products.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with web builders is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
