Supervising Technical Education and Skills Developer

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the training activities of a Provincial Training Center. This includes developing and implementing training programs, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring that all administrative requirements are met.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the center
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure effective delivery of training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Ensure that all administrative requirements are met
• Perform other related duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
