Graphic Designer Position

Job Overview As a Graphic Designer, you will create professional visual content for clients across different industries. Your work may include social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brand assets, and web visuals. You'll collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver creative solutions that are both visually appealing and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital assets including ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, email templates, branding materials, and more
  • Work across multiple client accounts with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals
  • Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with our standards for speed and precision
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations
  • Manage design files and documentation in an organized manner using cloud tools and project management platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of real-world design work
  • Proficiency in key design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers
  • Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly
Nice To Have (But Not Required)
  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with basic UI design or website asset creation
  • Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management
  • Experience working in a BPO, VA agency, or outsourcing environment
