The role of a Graphic Designer in an e-learning firm involves creating visually appealing and engaging content to support various projects.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.

  • Develop dynamic and creative visual content using a range of tools from Adobe product range to traditional print software.\
  • Collaborate with learning directors, managers, designers to produce high-standard visual content.\
  • Manage time effectively to balance concurrent projects and schedules.\
  • Recognize internal and client budget constraints to align designs.\
  • Establish and maintain a searchable repository of design samples.\
  • Contribute to diverse projects where media is dependent on specific clients and deliverables.\
  • Work with a variety of tools to provide quality design in concept layouts, storyboards, web, print and Word, PowerPoint.\
  • Develop concepts for e-learning development tools and excellent communication abilities to interact directly with clients and internal teams.\
  • Have strong design skills, commercial awareness and consider efficiency and process improvement.\
  • Conceptualize and create statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using Adobe products through to traditional print software.\
  • Develop dynamic and engaging project materials that are creative and align with brand standards.\
  • Take written content and produce creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media.\
  • Collaborate with Learning Directors, Managers, Instructional Designers to produce visual content of a high standard.\
  • Recognize internal and client budget constraints to align designs.\
  • Develop and manage new and existing concepts and assets for efficient future reuse.\
  • Establish and maintain a searchable repository of design samples.\
