UX Design Professional

We're seeking an experienced UX Design Specialist to join our fast-growing fintech organisation. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fintech and 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or any related role.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

The successful candidate will adhere to the developing UX design process for our digital products and services, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
  • Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.

Key Qualifications
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.

Experience working in agile development environments, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience with user research methods are highly desirable.
