Guest Experience Manager Job Description

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional level of service throughout their stay. You will be responsible for curating and enhancing the overall guest experience across all touchpoints within the hotel.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations and meeting their needs consistently.
  • Cultivate a Culture of Service: Foster a culture of guest-centric service excellence throughout the organization, ensuring every department contributes to a seamless guest experience.
  • Champion Service Standards: Ensure compliance with service standards across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and amenities.
  • Personalized Attention: Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and receive personalized attention from the moment they arrive.
  • Respond to Guest Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in Front office department, ideally in the same position or with min of 3 years supervisory guest experience role.
  • Knowledge: Have knowledge, familiarity, and connection with different hospitality organizations.
