Job Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth, increases brand awareness, and fosters thought leadership in the industry.

This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker who can turn insights into engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will own the full content engine, working closely with our marketing team to shape editorial strategy, produce high-quality content, and distribute it across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results, excellent writing and editing skills, and a strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey. Additionally, they will be proficient in Google Analytics 4, have a good understanding of SEO and LinkedIn distribution, and be familiar with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and SEMrush.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Create high-quality content across various formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social media, video scripts, etc.)
  • Drive traffic, engagement, and leads through data-driven content optimization
  • Collaborate with sales, founders, and operations teams to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators
  • Measure and optimize content performance using analytics tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, including ability to switch between sharp thought leadership, friendly social copy, and client case studies
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
