Job Description

This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. As a Business Analyst - Data Insights Specialist, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations performance of our contact center team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and extracting data from various systems, organizing it into a structured format.
  • Designing and creating reports templates and visuals for leadership and customers.
  • Maintaining report formats and links up-to-date.
  • Sending reports periodically and punctually without errors.
  • Analyzing generated reports to provide associated alerts.
  • Conducting deep dive analysis on serious deviations in KPIs with the Operations department.
  • Accurately analyzing and collecting data for various types of business reports.
  • Creating business reports that provide insight into key data points and communicating results in written and verbal form to managers.
  • Maintaining existing reporting database tools through current knowledge of programs and tools, processing report requests.
  • Providing requested reports with required data elements for team and other departments as needed.
  • Reconciling and validating data to ensure high integrity reporting, conducting system and reporting audits to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Developing new reporting applications or enhancing reports and dashboards to meet business demands for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs.
  • Reviewing and evaluating daily service level, preparing performance reports for clients and internal management teams.
  • Determining reporting opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop or implement automated procedures.
  • Updating performance results displayed in each site.
  • Developing and distributing monthly performance recognition to Operations Managers and Supervisors (High 5, CSAT, etc.).
  • Individually creating solutions and automated templates using interactive technologies and solutions in conjunction with Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI, and other available technology.
  • Innovating in-house center of excellence and contributing to global-level development projects.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate generation of all internal and external reporting, including consistency and standardization among various types of reports and databases.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computers, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Possess knowledge of MS-Office, Excel (Intermediate to advanced), and SQL, Power BI, Database, VBA (Basic).
  • Tech-savvy and explorer for process automation, digital transformation, robotics, AI, and Machine learning.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and other RDBMS along with data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Theoretical knowledge with Trainable skills on .net/JS/vba/scripting is an added advantage.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage processes and technology, including MS Office products.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong technical and process improvement skills.
  • General business acumen, including reporting and analysis, presentation skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of MS Excel and advanced logical formulae, including data check, logical statements, and mathematical calculations.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment discretion.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends.
