Job Description

The Field Service Technician role involves extensive travel to customer sites nationwide for mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes. As a skilled professional in this field, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, diagnoses, and crane health checks, as well as performing operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.

This is an opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and work with a variety of equipment, including cranes. Your ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions will be essential in ensuring the success of our customers.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be required to maintain proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets, observe and comply with safety policies and procedures on company and customer premises, and attend regular service trainings to improve technical competencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
  • Basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, and driving ability are essential.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • Extensive domestic travel may be required.
