Job Summary

The Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will play a critical role in the day-to-day activities of the Financial Planning and Analysis team. This individual will be responsible for accomplishing financial reports, forecasting/planning, analysis, and reviews. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Program Manager for the Financial Planning and Analysis team and handle various activities designed to support the organization's goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for month-end closing reviews of the Profit & Loss statement.
  • Accommodates daily ad-hoc reports and financial data.
  • Maintains and develops relevant documentation for analysis and monitoring of financial performance and metrics.
  • Supports monthly and quarterly financial planning, forecasts, and reviews.
  • Responsible for analyzing the general ledger and providing review/insights during month-end closing and as business requires.
  • Advocates for continuous improvement, including leveraging technology to meet changing learning demands.
  • Participates on Corporate teams and maintains a positive rapport with internal and external customers to promote trust.
  • Manages time, resources, and priorities to meet quality standards, project timelines, and learning outcomes of reports and tasks given.
  • Performs any other related tasks given by the reporting manager.
  • Provides support in any FP&A/Finance projects to address business objectives, including strategic initiatives, project management, performance results, and analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any relevant course/experience.
  • 3 years of work experience in FP&A.
  • Will be willing to work full-time onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in Oracle database/software is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in General Ledger.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and other Microsoft applications.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

The estimated salary range is based on industry standards for similar positions in the location. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
