Job Summary

This full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent in Manila involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The agent will manage phone calls, respond to emails, provide accurate information, and maintain customer records.

Responsibilities

  5. Utilize computer literacy to manage tasks and data

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
  • Prior experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
