We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our team as Senior Financial Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level financial guidance and support to the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with a minimum of 20 years of experience in Europe. You will be expected to develop financial projections, build financial models, and establish KPI parameters to track progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: You will report directly to the CEO on all matters related to the establishment of the Engineering Shared Services Division for European Clients.
  • Financial Projections: You will develop financial projections and build financial models for various projects for the approval of Management.
  • KPI Parameters: You will establish KPI parameters and track progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will manage client relationships for European Clients.
  • Financial Guidance: You will assist project teams with financial guidance.
  • Compliance: You will ensure compliance with international financing guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: You will be responsible for federal tax and international tax compliance.
  • Tax Liaison: You will liaise with local tax authorities in Europe.
  • Financial Policies: You will assist in creating financial policies aligned with the goals of the organization.
  • Long-term Planning: You will collaborate with the CFO on achieving company's long-term financial planning objectives.
  • Mentorship: You will train and mentor junior analysts and other staff on best financial practices.
  • Confidentiality: You will maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.
  • ERP System: You will lead the selection and implementation of an ERP system.
