Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-scale applications using cutting-edge technologies.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-paced startup that focuses on building infrastructure to protect Meta advertisers from compliance violations. You will play a critical role in delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React, supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features, integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI, and working independently while syncing with the team lead and the broader product team.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
