Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and generating financial reports.

Responsibilities
  • Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements monthly.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payroll.
  • Maintain general ledgers and charts of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Track and manage inventory.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist with audits, tax filing, and liaise with external accountants.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
