Key Accountabilities
  • Manage facility operational expenses and develop cost-effective initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and outsourced personnel, providing performance reviews and employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and replenishment based on site requirements.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and promote environmental responsibility.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards to ensure workplace wellness.
  • Collaborate with the global security team to coordinate site security measures.
  • Deliver overall support services to guarantee seamless daily operations.
  • Manage all aspects of on-site catering operations.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.

We seek an experienced facilities professional with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or architecture, 5-10 years of experience in facilities management, and expertise in technical know-how of facilities maintenance.
