We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to drive strategic leadership and seamless execution across teams. This high-visibility role requires a sharp and results-driven professional with expertise in optimizing systems, driving performance, and scaling operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Oversight & Client Success

  • Own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, ensuring consistently exceptional service standards.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action to maintain high-quality delivery.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to anticipate needs, course-correct in real-time, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between expectations and delivery outcomes.

  • Team Leadership, Training & Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote team of professionals, driving both performance and engagement through comprehensive onboarding programs and regular coaching sessions.

  • Design and execute workflows that promote efficiency, productivity, and adaptability within the team.

  • Shadow and audit workflows to provide actionable coaching and performance feedback, raising the bar for excellence across the team.

  • Operational Systems & Process Optimization

  • Build, refine, and manage internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and workflows that scale operations efficiently.

  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and strengthen operational alignment, driving business growth and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and automation to drive visibility, accountability, and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles.

  • Possesses proven stakeholder or client-facing communication experience, with fluency in English.

  • Experience mentoring or managing professionals in a team leadership capacity.

  • Tech-fluency, comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.

  • Ability to thrive in change, chaos, and shifting priorities, showcasing operational agility.
