Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative at TORCH Solutions, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers. You will resolve inquiries and requests in a timely and appropriate manner, using client-specific tools and applications for customer management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess good computer navigational skills on multiple systems, a typing speed of 25-30 WPM, and excellent communication skills. A high school graduate or SHS graduate with or without BPO experience is preferred.
