Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our social media team, you will play a vital role in helping us brainstorm, organize, and schedule content across multiple platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital content and has a keen eye for trends and analytics. You will work closely with our experienced marketing and content team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Content Scheduling: Organize and schedule daily posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and build authentic connections with our community.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to help us stay relevant and creative.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
  • Analytics Tracking: Assist with performance reporting and pull key metrics to evaluate what's working and what's not.

  • Quick Learner: Eager to try new tools and tech, including AI content tools like ChatGPT, Canva, or CapCut.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
  • Basic design/video skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
  • Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
  • Experience growing a personal or brand account
