Content Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage digital content across client accounts. This role involves maintaining structured content vaults, supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access.
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation.
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency.
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals.
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies.
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination.
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
