Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directing Project Activities: You will be responsible for directing, organizing, controlling, and implementing plumbing and sanitary project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager/Project Operations Manager.
  2. Implementing Site Works: You will be responsible for effective implementation of all site works/activities and operations to meet contract obligations.
  3. Site Coordination: You will attend site coordination meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements. You will also keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
  4. Installation and Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the proper installation at site in accordance with the approved construction and shop drawings.
  5. Workforce Management: You will be accountable for the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site.
  6. Inter-Team Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating works between the project site and project management team, which includes additional manpower, materials, and equipment.
  7. Reporting and Communication: You will prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide information about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
