Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize retail marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across diverse retail partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing strategies and events.
  • Design compelling marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking ability and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
