The Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join its team.
This role plays a pivotal part in managing various communication channels, including outbound and inbound calls, emails, and text messages, from association members and agents during loan assessments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for timely handling of Field Agents from Non Voice Support, TextBlast, and outbound calls.
Main Responsibilities:- Promote and advise PSSLAI members on the association's products and services
- Address all customer loan-related inquiries efficiently
- E nsure the delivery of the association's products and services to concerned parties is prompt and efficient
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a bachelor's degree from any reputable university and at least 1-2 years of work experience in Marketing, Banking, Financial Services, or a related field.
Key skills and qualifications include self-motivation, hard work, excellent sales and market analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, diligence, honesty, meticulousness, and organization.
A strong personality with proven leadership skills is also essential for this position.
