About the Job

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software products.

As a proactive problem-solver with a strong outcome-oriented mindset, you will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Your effective teamwork and communication skills will enable seamless collaboration and drive project success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and implement new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  • Perform QA testing on your work and others to ensure product reliability.
  • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  • Deliver software projects on time while upholding established quality standards.
  • Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • Diagnose system issues, implement effective resolution strategies, and proactively identify/preempt problems related to software development and project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development (frontend, backend, DevOps) with proficiency in Java frameworks.
  • Proficiency in frontend development tools and competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment tools.
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD), SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Possess robust problem-solving skills.
