Job Overview
  • Lead a team responsible for credit risk management, ensuring thorough evaluation of loan proposals and maintaining a robust portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and review in-depth credit analyses, guaranteeing accurate and holistic assessments.
  • Ensure timely completion of account renewals, borrower evaluations, and credit requests.
  • Develop and implement effective portfolio management strategies, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective measures.
  • Manage team performance against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Human Resource partners to develop talent and facilitate career advancement programs.
  • Comply with Business Continuity Plans and participate in audit-related exercises.
  • Partner with Credit Administration Department and other units to mitigate loan documentation and collateral/policy deviations.
  • Perform administrative duties and supervise personnel as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Business or related field, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit, focusing on commercial and corporate loans.
  • Proven people management experience is essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to meet tight deadlines are crucial.
