Job Summary

Icareerup, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Staff to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring compliance with our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new suppliers and external resources.
• Evaluate and develop suppliers to meet our company's requirements for quality and cost.
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure the best possible deals for our company.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure suppliers meet our basic requirements.
• Monitor and report evaluation results to management and vendors on new products or items under evaluation.
• Assist other staff members as needed in case of absence.

Requirements

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity gained from an electronics or semiconductors environment.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
