Job Details:

As an Expert C# Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using C#. Your tasks will include creating new and updated large scale content websites using the Umbraco CMS system, leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. You will apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming techniques to create efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop robust and scalable applications using C#.
  2. Create new and updated large scale content websites using the Umbraco CMS system.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  4. Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming techniques to create efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  7. Optimize and maintain MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance.
  8. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and leverage experience to make informed technical decisions.
  9. Maintain documentation for code, processes, and technical designs.
  10. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and version control procedures (e.g., Git/GitHub) and proper QA testing.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to react well and quickly to frequent project demands and requirement changes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to lead a team of developers.
  • Leverage experience/knowledge to make good technical decisions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism.
