Software Developer (C#, .NET)

You'll work with a team of talented developers to deliver high-quality solutions integrated with Emerson's internally developed devices—empowering industries worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with a self-organizing, cross-functional team to deliver complete, high-quality features in short increments.
  • Participate in the end-to-end development cycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure clear and achievable acceptance criteria for each feature.
  • Maintain code quality through manual and automated testing, including unit, integration, functional, and non-functional tests.
  • Contribute to documentation and processes that meet project needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in software product development or technology division.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, C++, and object-oriented programming.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and experience delivering projects on time and with high quality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in local and international settings.
  • Experience in test automation and/or test-driven development.
  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic work environments.
  • Full-stack development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong in OOP and OOA/D principles.
  • Experience using UML and software design patterns.
  • Familiarity with SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with .NET, .NET Core, WPF, ReactJS, AngularJS, SQL, GRPC, Git, xUnit, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker.
  • Exposure to multi-tier system design, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, Mobile, or AI/Data Science application development.

Work setup: Hybrid, 4x a week RTO

Work location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Work schedule: Dayshift, mid shift
