We are seeking an experienced Revenuethe accountant to join our team. This role involves reviewing reports, processes, and staff performance to ensure seamless revenue management. The successful candidate will coordinate with Top Management, Reporting and Tax teams, Operations, and other business units on matters related to Revenue and Accounts Receivable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review financial reports, processes, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate revenue management
  • Prepare and submit PAGCOR share remittance, perform Microsoft Navision entries, and print weekly sales PAGCOR reports
  • Monitor negative remittances and reconcile as necessary
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports from IBM planning analytics and send them to machine vendors
  • Perform monthly entries of vendor shares, withholding tax, final withholding tax, and AP machine vendor
  • Accrue direct costs and record revenue, cash deposits, payout taxes, and other transactions related to revenue per site
  • Record account receivables/commission from machine vendors
  • Supervise the Revenue and Accounts Receivable Team and provide inputs on their performance
  • Monitor team deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy or finance-related courses
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue and accounts receivable management
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Navision or accounting software experience is beneficial
