Job Overview

At Sun Life Financial, we are dedicated to making life brighter for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Accounting and Control Director or taking lead in the overall financial close process for Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Accounting and Control - FRR Director or take lead in the overall financial close process for Asia.
  • Ensure closing of the BU's books based on the agreed schedule.
  • Ensure that key controls over RAC-FRR's Financial Close Process are operating effectively.
  • Review and coordinate with the BU Finance team on the timely and accurate submission of financial reports to Regional Office and Corporate.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a must.
  • 8+ years of working experience with at least 5 years of combined accounting, supervisory, and/or managerial experience.
  • Knowledgeable of the IFRS and with strong accounting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
