Key E-Commerce Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily online store operations, ensure seamless shopping experiences, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting are required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time.
  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other required areas.
  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns.
  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of the trading calendar plans and strategies.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making and improve KPIs.
  • Support the creation of Digital Marketing activities, such as meta audience creation and Google Ads set up.
  • Ad Hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, merchandising, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, Canva (or basic image editing tools), Klaviyo, and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours.
