Job Summary

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Produce financial forecasts to help the business make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Supervise accountants and other financial staff, and mentor junior staff.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an accounting manager.
  • At least 8 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Experience working in a construction company is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site and flexible schedule.
