Position Summary

The Key Digital Partnership Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to drive digital commerce growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance online ice cream sales and drive the digital commerce agenda within the internal teams and across the broader Customer Development (CD) team of Selecta.
  • Analyze and report on total online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure perfect store online, brilliant execution of demand generating campaigns, and other operational concerns.
  • Manage relationships with online marketplace aggregators and ecommerce retailers to deliver joint business plans and cement Selecta as industry leaders for digital commerce.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital commerce/Ecommerce in a marketing or sales capacity.
  • Familiarity with best practices and working knowledge of key online platform/media KPIs and associated analytics.
  • Background/exposure in digital commerce and/or performance marketing.
  • FMCG exposure is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Highly operational with high attention to details.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
