  4. Compile and present testing reports, including test results and defect analysis, to key stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues encountered during testing.
  6. Work closely with Software and System Integration vendors to define testing requirements, address issues, and understand system specifications.
  7. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
  8. Promote continuous improvement in testing processes and ensure alignment with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  9. Manage non-functional testing efforts, including performance and availability testing.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, with significant experience in the Test Manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing testing for large-scale IT projects in the banking sector (Core Banking systems such as Temenos, Finacle, or Branch Banking Systems is highly preferred).
  • Expertise with testing automation and SDLC tools, such as Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience in non-functional testing, including performance and availability testing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex testing efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to report testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
