This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled IT Project Delivery Lead to join our team at Capgemini Philippines Corp.

Your Role
  • You will lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet client needs.
  • You will analyze user stories and assess changes required in the system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • You will participate in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • You will estimate story points and sub-task estimation to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will design program specifications aligned to coding best practices for efficient system performance.
  • You will perform program coding and testing, updating JIRA/Confluence as necessary.
  • You will provide User Acceptance Testing support, including test environment setup/configuration, batch execution, and responding to business queries and clarifications.
  • You will support project deployment activities and post-implementation monitoring.
  • You will investigate and resolve production issues whenever necessary.
Requirements
  • You must possess at least 3 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS DB, and mainframe environments.
  • You should have good analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • You should have experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools to streamline processes.
  • You should be able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • You should possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge/skills in API, SOLACE, JAVA Easytrieve, REXX, SAS, ABEND AID, FileAid, Endeavor, Expeditor would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with Cardlink Credit Card Systems experience.
