About the Role

We're seeking an experienced event planner with excellent project management and communication skills to lead and execute end-to-end event logistics, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field, and proven experience in event planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Coordination – Organize end-to-end event logistics, liaise with suppliers, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Marketing & Promotion – Drive event engagement through social media, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
