The Accounts Receivable Specialist role involves managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable process to ensure timely collection of payments;
  • Monitor invoices, track payment transactions, and reconcile payment and invoice discrepancies;
  • Identify areas for improvement in accounts receivable processes;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records;

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  2. At least three years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in Real Estate;
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel;
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
