Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premier dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient business management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel, to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and oversee the proper handling and storage of food and beverages
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of promotional activities, menu changes, and special events to drive business growth
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the restaurant team
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested by the management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the restaurant industry
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
