Salesforce Developer Role

We at AFR Solutions Philippines are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to join our team.

We specialize in providing top-quality cloud-based solutions for Logistics, Supply Chain, and Trading management.

Our main focus is on delivering low-cost and high-quality services through sales force and logistics education, talent cultivation, consulting, introduction support, and offshore development.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.

  • Developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for both internal Salesforce systems and Experience Cloud sites.

  • Customizing Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

  • Building and maintaining API integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

  • Participating in system architecture and design discussions to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, admins, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Debugging and resolving production issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.

  • Staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the CRM ecosystem.

You Should Possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is necessary.

Key Skills Include:

  • Strong development skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration best practices.

  • Familiarity with Named Credentials, External Services, and Salesforce Connect.

  • Solid grasp of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.

  • Proficiency in tools like Postman, Workbench, and Salesforce CLI.
