Job Brief

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Global Onboarding Team. Someone who is willing to be part of a growing team and assist in the development of that team. We are seeking someone open to new ideas, products, and ways of working.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating and designing those needs into solutions, and ensuring that the platform's utilization is optimized.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience with technical implementations and Salesforce Development. Using their expertise, problem-solving ability, and creative flair, the consultant will design, build, configure, develop, deliver, and deploy Unity PMS (previously NebuLAW built on Salesforce) projects for our clients. The developer will also help design the solution for the customer based on their requirements, utilising Salesforce best practices in design, development, and deployment strategies. The developer will document the HLD and to be process designs, application designs and deployment strategies.

The individual will need to have strong communication & documentation skills, 3 years in Salesforce, and possibly experience in the Legal Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and requirements and develop detailed system process flows to support design to deliver tailored solutions for the business using Unity PMS (Previously NebuLAW built on Salesforce) and other connected technologies
  • Design, code, test and implement custom Unity PMS AU (previously Nebulaw) solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Perform Salesforce integrations with other systems and applications
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, application configuration
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Provide technical support to Salesforce end users
  • Keep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs
  • Participate in project discovery sessions
  • Design, operate, and integrate Unity PMS systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
  • Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes
  • Work with other project team members (Salesforce Functional consultant, BA, project manager) to develop and deliver customer solutions
  • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them
  • Document system designs, data models and core processes
  • Work with our Product team to understand upcoming product enhancements and to identify any future product suggestions that could benefit the growth of the product
  • Work with our Support team on knowledge transfer of products from delivery to support
  • Provide assistance to the Support team in managing Level 3 or Professional Services Support Cases

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations
  • 3+ years Salesforce Developer experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Salesforce Administration Certified
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified - beneficial
  • Other Salesforce Certification - beneficial
  • Background in CRM process design and implementation
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
  • Experience in Legal PMS solutions an advantage
