Corporate English Training Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate English Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering live video training sessions to clients and creating engaging lesson plans.

  • You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from business professionals to executives, and tailor your training approach to meet their individual needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, and have a proven track record of teaching adult learners. You should also be comfortable working in an online environment and using technology to deliver training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver live video training sessions to clients;
  • Create engaging lesson plans and materials;
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies;
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and learner progress;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of adult teaching experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and spoken);
  • Comfortable working in an online environment and using technology to deliver training sessions;
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools;
