We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Description

This role involves reviewing and summarizing complex medical records, financial documents, and case files for active litigation cases. The successful candidate will be able to draft high-quality responses to discovery requests, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and requests for production.

The Litigation Assistant will also be responsible for organizing and compiling information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to detail findings for attorney review.

  • Success Metrics: 90% of reviews and summaries completed within 36 hours of receipt, 90% of substantive responses completed within 36 hours of assignment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of litigation support experience
  • 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
  • 2 years of working night shifts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
