Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient journal entry processes to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile and verify balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate intercompany balances and fixed asset transactions.
  • Provide comprehensive financial reports and analyses to stakeholders, reflecting the company's correct financial position.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, clearing open items, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate month-end closing activities, adhering to the global calendar and SLA.
  • Identify, rectify, and document issues, following up and resolving them promptly.
  • Review and approve Blackline journals in accordance with company policy.
  • Conduct internal controls review and documentation according to iPace requirements.
  • Prepare and submit consolidated reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with customers and teams to meet SLA and global targets.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of finance experience, with a focus on accounting processes.
  3. Expertise in General Ledger functions.
  4. SAP knowledge and experience in Shared Services Center/BPO.
  5. Process migration experience a plus.
  6. Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  7. Strong work ethic, including openness, trust, and integrity.
  8. Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
  9. Able to adapt to flexible scheduling, including day-mid shifts.
