About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Expert to join our team at Doktor's Generics Pharmacy, Inc. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including data summarization and BIR form preparation, BIR eSales reporting, and more.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data management, including data summarization and BIR form preparation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with BIR requirements for eSales reporting and other financial obligations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with any 4-year course related to Accounting, Finance, etc. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Experience in accounting operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
