- Assist with reporting and project management tasks, and collaborate with team members to enhance workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional courses in administration or office management are preferred.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk software, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, and support customer inquiries in a professional manner.
