Job Description

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with reporting and project management tasks, and collaborate with team members to enhance workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional courses in administration or office management are preferred.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk software, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, and support customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Working Conditions: The office environment is standard, with regular working hours; multitasking may be involved.
